Guidelines for Guest Blog Submissions
To maintain a high standard of quality throughout our website, we have set out a few rules and guidelines that all guest bloggers must follow. These guidelines allow us to ensure that all the content published on this website is relevant, informative, and engaging for our readers.
- Content should be 100% original and shouldn’t be published anywhere else.
- The word count of each blog must be at least 700 words, and keyword density must range from 0.5% to 0.75%.
- Each blog post should be well-researched, informative, and valuable to our readers.
- Silly grammar, spelling, or punctuation mistakes are unbearable.
- We don’t promote any type of scamming, phishing, or gambling content. We will immediately reject blog submissions on such topics.
- Promotional or affiliated links are strictly prohibited.
- Blogs should reflect a conversational, engaging, and user-friendly tone. Properly use subheadings, bullet points, and images to give your content clear context. Keep paragraph lengths under five lines to ensure better readability.
- We accept content in the format of MS Word only.
- Make sure to share the blog image, meta description, focus keyword, and alt text. You can add these details at the end of the blog, under the conclusion section. Failure to do the same can also result in the rejection of your blog submission request.
- For images, the dimensions must be 1100 X 700, and the size must be less than 60 kb. Images only in the format of JPG are accepted. Images must be of high quality and relevant to the content.
- We hold the editing rights to make any necessary changes to your content for clarity and consistency with our brand voice.
- You can include two (maximum) external link to your own website or a relevant source in your blog post. For internal linking, a minimum of one link to our already published blogs is required.
If your content doesn’t fulfill any of the guidelines mentioned above, then we may cancel your submission. In such scenarios, you will receive an email from us covering all the necessary feedback and reasons for the rejection.
